How it works

Locations

Set where you sell and how tax should behave. Toggle tax-inclusive pricing if your sticker price already includes tax.

Items & variants

Create items with price and optional UPC. Print a QR/Barcode and scan to add instantly. Use variants (8oz / 12oz / 16oz) to keep your list tidy. Mark top sellers as Quick Buttons.

Sale screen

  • Pick your active location; Quick Buttons appear for one-tap adding.
  • If an item has variants, you’ll pick the right one before it adds.
  • Scan labels to add items instantly. Works great offline.

Manage & report

  • Sales List — adjust date or location if needed.
  • Day Report — everything you sold today.
  • Date Range — summaries for any period.
  • Sales-Tax Report — tax collected by location, ready to file.

Built by a vendor, for vendors

“I built Vorbiz to replace the notebook I was already using — not to invent something new. I wanted a register that made sense to a tired vendor at the end of a hot day.”
